The free WiFi in the air-conditioned rooms was a convenient feature, allowing us to stay connected. The desk in the room was handy for getting some work done or planning our activities. Having a balcony in all the rooms was a nice touch, giving us a little extra space to enjoy the fresh air.

Personally, I didn't care for the city view from certain rooms, but I understand that others might enjoy it.

They even allowed us to check in early. The hotel entrance felt secure with a number pad for entry. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing complimentary water bottles and tea/coffee at the reception. The hotel was also conveniently located near the Ado station and Isla Mujares ferry, with plenty of restaurants in the area.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
